The Caps will all have a symbol in the middle denoting the rank and the type.  The color of the hat will also do so as well.

Redcaps -  Redcaps are the basic ground unit.  You are the soldier of information and the future of this regime.  With your numbers we can take up arms and take over the world to create a dictatorship in my image!  Think of all the changes I can make with the Electric Future program.  Yes, free beer once the world is taken over too.  Symbol will be the basic Jackuul insignia, in red.

Whitecaps – Whitecaps, you help the redcaps with morale, snack foods, and supplying them with the things they need to continue the information effort.  You are the caretakers, and are integral to our operation.  You can also spread information with Jackuul shaped cookies.  Corrupt the children… Symbol will be the basic Jackuul insignia, in monochrome.

Blackcaps – You are the secret soldier of secretdom.  You are so secret, I can’t say more.  Symbol is the Jackuul Vulture.

Bluecaps – You are the organizers and commanders.  You make sure the red, and white are working together.  You are the blue in the sky that holds the little world together with your blueness.  You also get more beer when I take over earth.  Your symbol is the Jackuul insignia in the sacred blue.

So far this is what I am leaning toward.  One day I might get a cafe press whatchamacallit and actually sell caps.  Then I will be able to control your minds!  Your minds I say!
